Function Key and Special Combinations

Screen/Window	Control	F-Key/Combo	Action
Bookkeeping	Bookkeeping DataGrid	? in the description field	Putting a ? in the entry's description will change the cells background-color once the page has been saved. See Application Settings for more information.
		`F3`	Copies the content from the cell above.
		`F4`	Launches the account settings window.
		`F5`	Launches chart of accounts. If fired from the master account field, the standard chart of accounts will display as default.
		`F6`	Saves changes to bookkeeping page.
		`F7`	Creates new page of bookkeeping
		`F8`	Post bookkeeping suspense.
		`F9`	Copies the current row and creates a new row with that information.
		`Alt` + `B`	Launches the account transactions for the account entered.
		`Ctrl` + `D`	Adds the closing bookkeeping date to the entry.
		`Ctrl` + `I`	Inserts a new line into bookkeeping
		`Ctrl` + `N`	When in the sub account field, generates the next sequential number sub account number for the master account entered - used for creating new accounts
		`Ctrl` + `T`	Launches the trial balance (in lieu of clicking the button)
		`Alt` + (NumPad `1` ... `9`)	Copies description from above dependent on the number you choose (1 does the line above, 2 doe the second line above and so on)
		`Ctrl` + `1` (from the row of numbers at the top of the keyboard)	Posts the page suspense to the first 'Hash Total' account.
Inventory	Units Field	`F3`	Copies content from cell above.
Inventory	Current Inventory	`Ctrl` + `I`	Inserts a new row
Account Settings	Any	`Ctrl` + `Enter`	Save changes
Account Settings	Any	`Ctrl` + `Alt` + `P`	Toggle proper case conversion for account name
Reports	Any / Window	`Ctrl` + `T`	Unselects all other reports except Tax and generates XL reports
Main / Parent Window	Any / Window	`Ctrl` + `B`	Opens the Bookkeeping dropdown menu to select a different division
